Although we’re sure you’ll love your CD, we understand that on occasion there may be the need for a return. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital products. Our return policy covers physical CD purchases only, and must meet at least one (1) of the following criteria:
- CDs purchased within the last 30 days, or;
- Dissatisfied with play or sound quality, or;
- Playability issue(s) (i.e, will not play, skips, etc), or;
- Disc arrives scratched or damaged.
Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. A full refund and/or replacement disc will only be offered if we deem that there is indeed an issue resembling any of the aforementioned points caused by manufacturer defect, or during the shipping process. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to request proof of any defect before a refund and/or replacement disc will be issued. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to approve or reject a refund request.
Upon acceptance of your return or refund we will work with you, the customer, to determine if a full refund or a replacement disc is appropriate.
If a full refund is provided, 100% of the initial purchase price will be refunded, minus a small 5% processing fee.
If a replacement CD is to be provided, we will send you a new CD free of charge, VIA Standard Shipping.
Digital products are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your digital file(s), or you do not receive your digital files, please contact us and we will work out the details with you. New file requests will only be offered within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. We are not responsible for the accidental deletion of your files. New file(s) will only be offered if we deem that there is indeed an issue with the file(s) or our delivery system(s). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to request proof of any defect before a refund and/or replacement disc will be issued. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to approve or reject a request.

At this time, physical products are shipped only within North America. During our “Free Shipping” promotion(s), we will ship the product via Canada Post “Standard Shipping”. Expedited shipping can be requested by you, the customer, but please contact us VIA the information above immediately after your purchase to request it. Expedited shipping will only be provided when requested, and at the expense of the customer. We will send you a separate invoice that must be paid in full before we will ship the product.
Products should arrive within 1-6 weeks, depending on your location. All products ship from our physical address in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada.
Additional tariffs, taxes, or other fees incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Digital files will not be physically shipped and will be delivered VIA hyperlink to the e-mail address you supply during the checkout process. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to accept and download and inspect these files within 30 days of their arrival. File download links expire after 30 days. Non-downloaded files are non-refundable and must be repurchased.
